a kg of increase makes some of them go
its 64-65kg BMI is 19.5 - 20 with height being 178-180cms

Example like Barry sanders who is 5 ft 8 in/173. Weight 200 lb/90.7.
I do work out and have done wrestling in high school before. Play rugby sport club at college.
Maybe I am fastest weight growing person from 150lb senior highschool kid to 200lb man.
Even if you lose 5 pounds every day it is difficult to lose weight because you are building up the muscles while you are eating food to recover.

There are hundreds of languages, but out of hundreds of countries, only the US and Liberia think gold is about 20× denser than a duck lol.
Doesn't the US military already use the metric system though? IIRC they're slowly making the change in schools, i reckon even scientists there use metric. Australia managed to change all their road signs within a single day, i'm confident you can do the same. :cheers:
