They'll be a moment where the Navy will have to decide to stand with the StrawHats or against them. Being JoyBoy 2.0 luffy will have united every pirate at this point as King of the Pirates with the new Knowledge luffy will bring from Laughtale. Returning the world to the way it was before the Celestial dragons and the Navy control 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 .

This will be when half the marines join Luffy, such as Smoker, Tashigi, Fujitora, Koby, Garp etc

It will end with a huge war between SH's and Navy. To which luffy will be the victor after systematically dissembling the navy powers.

Luffy will return to laughtale one last time, and lay down the hat of Roger. On the marked grave of Joyboy. To which he'll replant the devil fruit tree. That he has taken from mariejois and return to laughtale. Behind him will be the ghosts of Roger and Ace with their hands on Luffys shoulders smiling and happy. Brook will sing Binks Sake one last time. Each straw hat will have achieved their dream

I think the last war will be a lot more complicated, not a simple one group against another. Even in Marinford, there were the WB pirates against the Marines, and then there was BB, who was betraying both. 3 parties against each other.

You can see even now, at the beginning of the final saga, that the story splits into several storylines. It will be very complicated. The One Piece, the 3 ancient weapons, Marie Geoise, the Yonkos, the revolution army, and many other things will blend in to form the final war. It will be chaos.

I agree the each straw hat will achieve their dream, but I'm afraid that by the end of the story, Luffy will probably die. He said many times in the seriese that he will be the one to decide on his own death, and I think Oda will make this wish of his come true as well (though I hope not).

Navy will lose very soon. There will be two distinct wars. One against Akainu and Admirals, and one against Imu, Five Elders and Crossguild.
