no there not every warlord (minus mihawk and weevil) are fodders with strong haxs and garbage stats

Croc's hax are an extra. His entire fighting style doesn't entirely rely on sucking other's off as seen in MF. But boa's hax, for example, do rely on turning simps to stone

Current Croco & Weevil > King / Marco / Katakuri. Benn is probably stronger.

Kuma / Doffy / Hancock > Smoothie / Queen / Ace-Jozu / Cracker / Vista. Roux is probably stronger

Jinbe > Snack / Jack / Peros. Yasopp is probably stronger.

If Moria is on his pre ts level he can only deal with the weaklings.

Jack is stronger no doubt but if they fought 1v1 its not only about raw power. Jack isnt the smartest fighter and Peros df could be very usefull. Its not black & white.

Perospero is a smarter fighter than Smoothie but you put her a tier above Perospero.

Fact of the matter is, Jack is a match for characters like Cracker, not the fifth strongest in the crew, Perospero.

Only Katakuri and Yonko are hyped that way by Oda in the story/sbs.

Her portrayal is that she's above Perospero
She was introduced even after Cracker for a reason, she's around Marco/King / Cracker.

Individually they're mostly in the YC2-4 range with Mihawk being far stronger.

I said range between YC2-4, 6 characters between that range is definitely a significant force and that's without mentioning Mihawk.
