that attack of Zoro isnt a normal attack, that is a finishing move (used against Ryuma) so of course it should take some toll on Zoro specially when it was so devastating of an attack, the attack is much stronger than his 3 sword style which he used against Kaido before or against Apoo or etc

I dont know if I can take KKG as example or not if I want to take Luffy in consideration, if Luffy can do multiple KKG right now then yeah it takes similar toll on Zoro
