Base Gerard Valkyrie? In the Thousand—Year—Blood—War, he was able to contend with a Squad Zero member briefly and destroyed her own royal guards. Likewise he is portrayed as the strongest of the Schutzstaffel. I think Gerard could be >= Post—Reio shikai Byakuya.

Hard to say, his initial fight with Senjumaru turned out to be a fakeout:
