How strong will Sou’ou become?

He’s Ousen’s number 1 now and has been referred to as the most talented of all the Ousen commanders.

How strong will he be, at his peak?

I can see him surpassing Denrimi and possibly Makou at some point, but I wouldn't get too crazy about this statement. Wasn't it only referering to young generation of officers?

I agree that Sou Ou will step up but I also agrrr he won’t become 10x better or something like that

He will likely step up leadership wise
His weight will increase now he has all his fallen comrades on his shoulders
He will likely have to train martially a lil bit too because Shiryuu isn’t there anymore to help him

But main things he will increase will be leadership and weight for me

if I wanted to translate it I to stats :

For now he is 85 STR / 87 leadership / 89 INT

He will maybe become : 87/89-90/89

I never felt Denrimi was better than him,​

I wouldn't sleep on how much Denrimi did for Ousen Army.

Sou'ou was called out in Hango Arc for being pure offensive general without much defensive capabilities, while Denrimi was someone who could do both. In Atsuyo he was Ousen's first choice for commander of the siege. His army was said to be the most lethal force within Ousen Army, basically doing the job of a finisher and he also had the most to say in strategical meetings, being Ousen's top planer.

I’m glad to see someone giving Denrimi the respect he deserves.

Denrimi didn't seem much of a fighter, and when it comes to book strategies he was better. Agreed.
But when it came to guessing what Ousen could be thinking, Sou'ou hit closer to home than Denrimi if I'm not wrong. Sou'ou also is a fighter and Instinct type, i always saw him in better highlights after Akou. Maybe Hara had it planned he'd the only one survive and become much stronger.

As for armies, that's different stuff altogether.​
