Powers & Abilities How strong will the final villain be compared to Prime Roger/WB?

Whoever the final villain is (Imu, Blackbeard.., ?) how much stronger or weaker you think he/she will be compared to prime Roger or prime WB?
Prime Roger/WB are the benchmark for strength so its only fair to compare the final villain to them.

For me the first and last option are out of question. I think the final villain will be slightly stronger than prime Roger/WB. But what do you think?

Final villain must have atleast minimum multiverse level of attack potency; that too maybe wont be enough to get toon diffed from Godfy. In conclusion, no matter Who/What/When you are negged by Godfy.

I personally would prefer them to be slightly stronger than the strongest guys we currently know of. Roger would lose to that person extreme diffs. Nothing too crazy like Kaguya lol
