Speculations How Strong Would Belle'mere be

In an alternate reality where Belle'mere never retired from the marines and was alive what do you think her rank would be, would she be powerful?

I personally think had she somehow over powered Arlong and survived or never discovered Nami and Nojiko thus never retiring to raise them

She could of easily grown quite strong easily up to the rank of vice admiral

In terms of strength I can see her being somewhat on par with smoker

Fairly powerful but doesn't stand a chance against the big shots of the new world

She achieved an officer rank in the marines (lieutenant commander or above) while still young (she was 30 when Arlong killed her and Nami was raised up to 10 years old with her, so she was an officer at 20 years old already) and survived a war, but it doesn't make her look so impressive when compared to the Grand Line characters. She surely was well above average in the East Blue, but that's the weakest sea.

Could've probably been a commodore in EB (not sure if there is a non-GL vice admiral or even a rear admiral and if she was strong willed to learn haki), but I think that she would struggle in the Grand Line. See what happened to Pudding Pudding against the Arlong Pirates (ironically, she did a better job against Arlong than him).
