Either a binding vow or Gege's comment was geared towards Sukuna so it took a bit longer to settle in allowing him to summon Mahoraga. Will probably be explained soon. Binding vow makes more sense imo cuz Sukuna was drooling and catatonic when we saw him before Maho.

Yeah but those were regular humans aka non-sorcerers. Megumi is not a regular human in that sense that he is a sorcerer. So the effect won't be as devastating on him. Plus it probably has to do with CE and shit. And if the comment is for Sukuna like I mentioned that means that when he is in charge the body is overwritten.

Sukuna said to Yoru that HE adapted to her CT, not Maho (both eventually).

After Gojo casted his 0.01 sec UV Sukuna himself got somehow adapted to it, at least enough to summon Mahoraga.

This wheel stuff is hax AF if used properly.
