If IMU isn't human then the way to beat him probably still hasn't been shown. If he is human his powers whatever they might be have reachable limits, he can't just stay there regenerating 5 giant bodies from 1000km away forever, he needs to sleep, drink and rest and breathe oxygen no matter how strong he is .He seems to like flowers , light and caterpillars so i think he is probably a humanoid being.

Their regeneration ability doesn't seem like a regeneration ability at all...

It seems like they're magically being reconstituted as opposed to regenerating in a biological sense. It's unnatural.

I don't know what to make of it.

The only thing I can say is that I think it's related to dark types of Ancient Haki techniques.

I mean, there have been "contracts with the devil" throughout the story that grant spiritual effects, but they're usually connected to Devil Fruits. Is it possible that this time it's a type of contract that doesn't originate from a Devil Fruit ability which can be utilized by several individuals?
