Hiryu Kaen would have ended arc early

I think it was visibly portrayed to stand at least on the general level of Togen Totsuka in one of the worst case scenario but some users keep insisting that's not the case. They are either deniers or should re-evaluate the ginormous amount of hype the strike was conferred.

Cuz Law can cut Kaido and Big Mom in half or teleport them to the sea if it wasn't for haki restriction.

That would a well conceived one to prevent haxxed characters to become too potent.
