Is it possible that Urouge's Karma-Karma Fruit is...
- WAIT! Urouge's fruit is unnamed. What the hell? I thought it was already blatantly obvious that he had a Karma-Karma Fruit.
Well, okay.
This post is going to assume, for the time being, that Urouge has what is known as a Karma-Karma Fruit. In other words, he is a Karma Man. It is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows him to redirect the energy of an impact into life force energy that empowers his body with physical strength.
Aside from that Devil Fruit ability, he basically has just been punching people or hitting them with his big metal bar or whatever he carries around. Lame.
However, I want to point out something that is likely to occur. His Karma-Karma Fruit, unlike the Magnetism-Magnetism Fruit, is MORE than just an energy-centric ability. It is a supernatural energy-centric ability. Magnetism is understood by science, and is not open to interpretation in many ways. Karma, however, is not understood by science, and is open to interpretation in many ways. It's like a blue-sky ability. The author can do like anything he wants with it as long as it fits the cultural beliefs associated with it.
I believe Luffy's Nika fruit is based on supernatural abilities that relate to Karmic Value, too, but I don't want to explain why in this post because it would involve explaining Enlightenment and I'm too lazy to explain Enlightenment to people π
Anyway... I would like to discuss possibilities for Urouge to become a gigachad once more. Help me, brothers. What direction must we steer the Mad Monk to secure his redemption?
