Marco sent alone Vista against milaugh and Vista smiled and while clashed equally with the WSS forced him to postpone the fight

If the Navy was set on the all-out war there would be nothing left of the WB alliance and Vista would bite the dust.
Mihawk probably saw a chance to have a decent warmup duel in wait for Zoro so he asked Vista to postpone their match probably until after the war.
We are unaware of the consistency of the horn, like its material.
Besides, like I said, I'm basing my judgement off the level of seriousness they put into the attacks since like I said both didn't slash more because there was literally no more to begin with. So perhaps they could have gone further with the same slashes.

I don't get your point. Anyway, if my guess is right, nobody said Mihawk attack were weak it is just that probably the one sent to Jozu was stronger. Are you implying I'm trying to hype Jozu using Mihawk maybe? Anyway it would make sense either way that a YC whose gimmick is extreme physical defense can tank more than somethink casually created by an admiral in a moment (did I guess it right?)

Jozu durability for sure is among the best in the manga even if we don't know if it is better or worse than Kaido. Yet for sure Jozu durability can be bypassed, like Aokiji did, cause diamond is durable but it is fragile. Also Mihawk shouldn't actually have much problems in cutting diamond since he is the wss yet Jozu has well needed some face amd he got that by tanking Mihawk attack (even if it didn't seem a really serious one).
