Bruv he would be lucky to win a fight against any of the Admirals and no one views Mihawk as greater than them, check Marineford. Guy has zero presence on the battlefield.

I generally try to be neutral as much as I can, but I have to admit this would be funny and I would laugh at it.

Same thing if it was Shanks.

However, an even greater plot twist would be if Buggy the Clown was secretly pulling a DMC3 jester/Tobi-Obito (Naruto) move the whole time, and was actually among the strongest in the verse the whole time, and became either the final villain or a semi-final villain.
