Controversial How would you rank Strawhat Hierchy

Jinbe- As the most experienced and seasoned member of the crew he can offer many years of strength and wisdom he often takes control when the monster trio is otherwise occupied and the situation is out of Nami's depth
He definitely has the lowerst since he is the newest.

I'd go with

Luffy / Zoro / Nami. Of course Luffy is the captain but is not like we don't see Zoro and Nami putting some authority even over him. So I see more like a partnership where Luffy is major shareholder while Zoro and Nami are the minor ones.

Then we have Sanji, of course Luffy "puts" Sanji in charge over Nami when they separate at Dressrosa but mainly because Sanji was the one talking to him and he was the strongest and had to make sure the rest is safe.

I'd say the rest is pretty even except for Chopper and Jinbei being the lowest. Jinbei simply because he is new, Chopper simply because he is the pet/food supply

Officially
Luffy > everyone else

Effectively most of the series
Luffy > Zoro = Sanji >= Nami > rest

As of late, it’s mostly been
Captain > Wings > rest

The most consistent leading voices ware Luffy, Nami and Sanji. Zoro speaks up when at his own judgment, which is typically more reserved because he’s a capable leader, but not a willing one.

1)leadership
Luffy - captain
zoro - vice captain

2)subordinate
zoro-right hand
sanji- left hand
nami - shadow leader of the wing

3) the rest
Post automatically merged:

Luffy > Zoro = Nami > the Rest.

The three triggers of One Piece is still essential every decision the crew makes comes down to these 3. (Luffy, Zoro, Nami)

Nami literally put herself below Sanji in Dressrosa. Her, Chopper, and Brooke left Dressrosa as the "Curly Hats".

Sanji was portrayed as the clear leader of the group instructing them to attack big mom, dealing with Capone, etc.

Like I said. Sanji took the lead because it was a combat matter. But the hierarchy is not always about combat. Besides that Nami has much more voice than Sanji inside the crew.
