Yonkos
Scabbards vs Kaido
Kaido kills Kiku from scabbards vs kaido (Body falls from roof instead of arm)
Rooftop 5 vs Yonkos
Marco vs Kaido (plays the role of yamato)
Luffy, Momo and Marco vs Kaido
Kid and Law vs Big Mom (Same thing but no bombs)
Luffy and Marco vs Kaido (Marco ends up dying after luffy reaches the roof for the final time)
Scabbards
Raizo vs Fukurokuju (Same thing, Fuku dies)
Inu vs Jack (same thing)
Neko vs Perospero (Same thing with carrot and wanda vs pero first)
Izou vs Drake (Izou is killed but drake is heavily injured and escapes from onigashima)
Kawamatsu vs Hawkins (Same thing but denjiro straw doll)
Denjiro and Hiyori vs orochi (Kaido cuts 1 head, Scabbards cut 6, Denjiro is on the back ropes, Hiyori kills Orochi with Ame No Habakiri)
Kanjuro kills Doji (Oden bomb)
Kinemon vs Kanjuro (Kanjuro dies)

Zoro vs Yamato (Remove yamato backstory with ace except for them fighting, fights in armory basement)
Sanji vs King (Sanji doesnt destroy raidsuit + same buffs)

Killer vs Smoothie (Fight at Entrance, Flashback to kid pirates in wci fighting smoothie)

Robin and Heat vs Black Maria (heat clashing with the fire instead of freezing like brook)
Franky and Wire vs Sasaki (Shogun and Franken aint destroyed because wire trips up sasaki with his trident)

Orochi actually has a strong bodyguard with him, a samurai that knows ryuo (both version) good CoO and battle IQ and this allows Zoro to fight an actual samurai in Wano, you can have this fight be a high diff, Zoro understands breath of all things better and here unlocks ryuo on all three blades and ACoC (just like King, fight ends in few hits afterwards. Hiyori uses the seastone and finishes off Orochi.
King better haki (ACoA emission) and CoO, Zoro improves his CoA emission ans learns ID (which is the same application as emission).
Queen awakening, virus use and smarter fighter with better haki that pushes Sanji (post exo) extreme rather than mid diff.
Kaido & Big Mom vs Luffy/Yamato/Law/Kidd then Big Mom 3v1s Kidd/Law/Marco Big Mom using ACoC this gives Big Mom better feats ans she loses (no nukes nonsense).
Zoro doesn't go rooftop at first but goes in the end. You can have Kaido vs Yamato until Zoro gets to the roof and Kaido vs Zoro short 1v1 where Zoro is close to his limit in which we see Ashura but the scar is similar to Oden's. Kaido is in a lot of pain like against Oden but his hybrid form still allows him to take rhe attack better than Oden's, Zoro is down and can't move anymore. Kaido shortly gets up which shocks Zoro then Ragnarock to finish him off. Luffy comes back, then snakeman who loses, then Gear 5 awakening.
Kaido's awakening as well and has far better showings against gear 5.
The rest the same I guess.

here’s how I would write it. Tama ages up like momo but they age up in the middle of the raid. Then have orochi bs Tama and momo but make orochi more better and without the shit like he’s cool. Have Marco out of this, don’t need him, instead swap him for someone new, like a good ninja. Law and Kid vs Big mom happens but her and smoothie vs kid and Law, to make it even with kid and law’s awakening being better with Kid and Big Mom having a conquerors clash as their attacks clash, big mom’s lightning and kid’s rsilgun. Law and smoothie csn go at it too but law would win then fight big mom with kid, ending the fight with an assign S and N with laws electric knife thing then law would teleport and kid would pummel her down with multipe metsl smashes, sending big mom to the ground and to the lava. there are some others but would take too long
