Oda, for over two decades now, has always turned Sanji fans joy into ash in their mouths. Every single time. No exceptions.
Gaban has CoC? Well thats great!
Gaban is not Roger. Gaban is a crew mate.
This will go 1 of 2 ways.
The supposed parallel between Sanji and Gaban ends up as nothing more than a fan fav theory.
Or you can watch Oda introduce some other ability now that sets "true" conquerors like Joyboy, Ryuma, Roger or Xebec apart from average conquerors like their underlings Laido, Big Lom, Lhanks and Lhitebeard.

Oda has never allowed Sanji fans to have lasting joy in this manga. What makes anyone think that this time will be different?
In Wano Sanji got showered in power ups to beat the BPs 3rd strongest fighter (supposedly) to end up getting glare diffed on Egg Head.
After his run in with the spider gifter Sanji apparently developed some intense arachnophobia.
