Speculations How Zoros name will reach the heavnes

#1
When zoro first proclaimed his dream he claimed his name would reach the heavens.

Killing kaido or defeating mihawk doesn’t do that.

I don’t think zoro will kill kaido because I think Oda will save zoro killing a certain someone later so the moment has more weight.

My guess is zoro will kill the gorosei member with the sword. The celestial dragons are said to be “gods” I believe zoro will kill this “god”. By killing this “god” his name would have reached the heavens.

Remember his name reaching the heavens can’t happen yet. That’s supposed to be apart of the end of his dream. Not the middle of it.

That’s why I believe he will kill that gorosei member. Maybe the gorosei member has a dragon devil fruit also and zoro creates his own legend of killing a dragon in the final war.

I would honestly prefer this to instead of just copying ryuma

Zoro should create his own legend and that’s why I think his most notable moment of his legendary journey will be slaying a “god” and for his name to even reach the people on the moon.

i honestly think zoro killing kaido or zoro beating mihawk to reach the heavens is stupid and lame considering it’s implied to be the end of his journey and the fact it should be in a solo fight.

Zoro will kill Kaido and his name will reach the havens once his does. His name reaching the havens is not his end dream, Its one of his goals. His end goal is becoming the World strongest swordsman. And even then his name can reach the havens multiple times until everyone hears of it like he promised, Zoro will kill kaido. And Proceed to defeat mihawk, And proceed to get more feats, And then he will become the world strongest swordsman.
Zoro's dream is not something small as just defeating Kaido, Or just defeating mihawk. Or even defeating both.

Its something beyond. Zoro will kill kaido and make his name reach the havens. Over and over again.

Yep, instead of 20+ years of buildup with Mihawk the "Greatest Swordsman in the World", we are going to have Zoro fight Super Ghandi the "World's Strongest Paper Pusher". :goatasure:

Why do folk have such an aversion to Zoro duelling Mihawk? :mihugh:
Seems like you don’t understand a thing I said. I said that in the final war zoro will kill the gorosei member and make his own legend. Killing a god which will make heaven know his name

That makes zero sense. He wants his dream to reach heaven when he becomes a great swords master. He isn’t there yet if he was he would be able to 1v1 kaido. The only thing that makes sense is literally killing a “god” that’s the only way it makes sense in story and symbolically

Celestial dragon: dragon

Celestial dragons are called gods.

mariejois is called the holy land.

this is literally the way for Zoros name to reach the heavens and for him to create his own legend.

Sure then Zoro will kill multiple dragons starting with Kaido then maybe a few Celestial dragons before his real duel with mihawk.
Zoro will kill Kaido and make his name reach the havens.
Then will kill a Celestial dragon and make his name reach the havens.
Then will defeat Mihawk and become the WSS.

Good with me

1. How do you know that Gorosei are fighters?
2. Even if they are, why not Imu then? He's supposed to be > them.
3. There are 5 Gorosei and by this logic, someone will fight them too. So how will his name reach heavens, if there are 4 others and someone above them? Wouldn't he be overshadowed in this fight?
4. There is no Dragon fruit. Kaido's is fish, other dinosaurs zoans are named "dragon".

Yes because killing a paper pushing politician that is subordinate to the Celestial Dragons is going to prove how legendary Zoro is over defeating the literal greatest swordsman in the world.

Mihawk is the end goal for Zoro. Always has been.
