Questions & Mysteries Human's prime?

#1
To say that someone is in his prime, how old does he need to be? It might not be related to age but I think that it is. From what I've seen, in the real word a male reaches his physical prime in his 30s with a life expectancy of 70-80 years depending on the country, whereas in OP the life expectancy of someone healthy is roughly 140 years. Would that mean that someone in his 60s could still be in his prime but someone in his 30 might not be in his prime?
This is a rather simple question, but that doesn't change the fact that I couldn't find anything regarding it.

Without training and/or an adventurous combative life?

22 roughly.

The thing is, it's very possible to just train to grow stronger past 22. A persons ability to change themselves and grow is fundamental to shonen. As One Piece characters grow older, continuing to train, they master more and more advanced applications of Haki. Moreover, they seem to pack on more and more muscle/fat, until they're essentially giants. Since the physical benefits to training are more pronounced in One Piece than in the real world, there's more of it that one could do to gain benefit from it.

This is however, a process that would usually stop around 44, when you reach the peak of the physical bell curve, even while training adventuturinga nd changing yourself. However, depending on how gracefully you age, how well you take care of yourself in a medical sense, your physical deterioration might end up being rather slow.

On the other hand, until dementia starts to kick in, an old person can still learn new tricks to supplement their slowly lowering physical stats.

There isn't a real, hard answer to this stuff.

There's a few misconceptions about age in OP that should be cleared, Kureha was always an exception of health and Oda said the MAX of a human was 140 years, in real life the max is around 120 so OP isn't as crazy about human lifespans as some usually think.

As far as prime physical strength that's a bit open to interpretation, it's hard to tell if older characters can keep improving past advanced age or if they're just able to keep their peak going for decades but given the genre they likely can keep growing unless they're stop by age or sickness.

Using Garp as reference we can assume people who keep up training can grow or remain in peak condition until their early 70s assuming good health and then get weaker past that point.

In real life humans peak in physical fitness in their early 30s and slowly decline from there. Pic related, it's grip strength by age. The grip strength of an 80 year old man is on average about ~60% that of a 30 year old man.
