If anyone here has watched Kakegurui, there was a game they played called "Greater Good". I've seen a forum play it, but I'm not too sure how well it would work out

The Greater Good Game 5 players, 5 rounds, 24 hours per round
Each round, every player earns 5coins. The player decides:
Each of the five coins can be put the player's personalfund
or given as taxes
At the end of the round, the taxes given by all players are tallied, the amount is doubled, and then distributed equally among all players (added to their personal funds). Coins in the personal fund stay there until the game ends.
After five rounds, all players whose funds are less than 40 are eliminated. The player with the highest amount of coins in their personal funds wins.
Additional rules:
a majority of 3 players may vote to eliminate one player from the game at any time
All personal funds remain secret
The tax total is published at the end of each round (but not the individual contributions).
PsyStrat rules: any kind of communication is allowed.
Coin allocations must be submitted to the host via PM, and can be changed (re-submitted) at any time during the round.
If we try this, we probably could make it so there’s more than 5 players. And maybe quicker rounds too. I’m hesitant about trying this because I’m worried that the game would be very anticlimactic
