General & Others Hybrid Kaidou design rant

Dont bring up his hostage dependence and unrealistic PTSD about someone he oneshot-sneak in base form, don't speak of his contradiction of jumbled philosophies about worthy life is a great death vs PTSD when he has Oden visions either please, i'll be sad, ranting about his hybrid design is something i just can talk about instead of all that character obscurity 
It doesn't as much as it should at all, it falls in the middle of nowhere and lacks many traits that would have made him look truly ogresque. Hybrid Kaido is easily one of Oda's lowest points as a designer (and this form's introduction is drawn with zero inspiration).
Keep the eyebrows, add a wider nose, instead of those laughable fangs give him the curved jaws of an oni, make him bulkier and dishevel his now overgrown, flowing mane. I don't know, do something with the design that doesn't feel half-baked, because I don't know how he did it, but Kaido's hybrid looks less beastly than his base self.
