For me, I think the bigger issue is that Oda is already planting the seeds that the ancient weapons aren't as important as he made it out to be. If the ancient weapons get destroyed by Luffy or doesn't get used then the whole story of One Piece is just an entire bait story.

Like I said, if the ancient weapons turn out to be pointless and doesn't get used then the entire One Piece story is bait.

Oh let's just defy Shogun's Decision and try to take Pluton and start a War against Wano and Minks who are under SHs Protection, I'm pretty sure Bepo and Heat can make up for difference

Eustass doesn't know about it, otherwise he would try to take it since weapons are his major interest.
And Pluton is supposed to be THE weapon.

Trafalgar probably cares only about the information, knowing that Pluton is there, in the remote case he would ever need it, is sufficient for him.
