Character Discussion I just noticed Yamato is a strawhat.

She asked luffy to join, luffy said yes. She was going to join until an admiral showed her how weak Wano actually is. Yamato told Luffy she wanted to stay on wano to protect it and Luffy said wtf.. but that would ease my mind. So the only thing stopping her from being a strawhat is protecting one of Luffy's islands. It's the same situation Jenbe had.

Before you say I'm a Yamato tard, after all that Trans talk I'm not on the Yamato train in the least bit. Though unlike Oden she has sense enough to not leave her country vunerable.Wano has an ancient weapon so Yamato is guarding it for Luffy.

I feel like she's in the shirahoshi camp. Promise from Luffy that he absolutely must comply with because it was ace's promise too. Yamato is more atleast like vivi an honorary strawhat or like jenbe was a future strawhat.
