We have more personality and vibe from recently debuted Shanks twin in 3 chapters than Dragon in 1140 chapters

Just know the longer we wait the crazier the strength reveals will be. Characters get stronger as the manga progresses.

At the very least, Mihawk is sitting pretty with him being reaffirmed as the WSS above Shanks, so it's just Dragon who we're really waiting on to demonstrate literally anything.
