And ya'll thought Katakuri was special. He just had the unfortunate ability to land more attacks than your average foe. Anyone who comes across end of arc Luffy will suffer from their attack power looking like a steaming pile of shit.
This is why I've always been of the mindset to not use EOA Luffy on roids as the barometer for an enemy's attack power. Look at how much damage an attack is doing "initially", that's the real takeaway, it's not always about getting KOd when it comes to this character. Luffy refuses to fall, is the attack overwhelming Luffy/how is Luffy reacting to the incoming attacks? That's the question you should be asking when analyzing a Luffy fight. Context is always going to be key, we now know boro breath is a trash tier attack since Luffy decided it was too weak to even brother dodging, but thunder bagua is still one of the hardest hitting attacks to date.
