Yes, with Pudding. Oda already put effort into creating their story, and it will not complete unless they got together in the end.
Pudding is specifically written to be a 3 eyes girl (just like Sanji's name) who is also a "monster" and a cook (just like Sanji).
I think there's a higher chance he isn't born with it.
It boils down to 2 things : balance & dichotomy with Zoro & Luffy.
1. Sanji is born normal, not blessed
2. Sanji "already" have elemental aspect (fire) and now science for his fighting kit, so he can't have peak level Haki too (like CoC)
3. Sanji is the kind type of person, instead of the domineering type
4. Some people doesn't eat a DF (like Coby Zoro) or have science enhancements (like Franky), so they get CoC & ACoC instead. So Sanji gets the Science route.
5. Sanji already has a lot of things : he can fly, invisible, be a spy, be a cook, etc. If he also have CoC too, he would undermine other characters.
6. Sanji is meant to not "get" as much as Luffy & Zoro.
- Sanji has CoO CoA
- Zoro has CoO CoA CoC
- Luffy has CoO CoA CoC VoAT.
Ultimately, Sanji doesn't need it. This is probably the most important. He has Exoskeleton for defense, as alternative for CoA. He has fire element for attack, as alternative to ACoC.

2. Turn Pudding.
