Questions & Mysteries If Admirals were demoted to Vice Admiral what would their bounty be?

#1
Since all of a sudden yonko stans are dismissing their bounty agenda because nun of their players can compete with the $5B bounty that Akainu has

~ all of a sudden they're saying it's not Akainu but the Fleet Admiral rank which is pretty funny because the $5B bounty is the first we've ever seen he'll be spoken in the same breath as Roger and Newgate , quite literally it's impossible to refute a bounty this high it's just too high of a number.

so the question is , If Admirals were a vice-admiral rank would their bounties be the same as other vice admirals?

Considering Garps bounty is different because it only makes sense that Oda is trying to use this system as a way of power-scaling

~ Now let's say it was prime garp
Would his bounty stay 3B? or would it shoot up to 5B because of his historical feats?
He's old now but Oda gave him a different bounty from his rank because of Garps powerlevel, if he were to be in prime no doubt he would've been a 5 billion berry bounty marine therefore bounties DO translate to powerlevel.

I still think it would be 3 billion, Admirals really don't have that much authority compared to high level pirates tbh.

Garp at least 4 billion in prime, I am not sure about 5 billion. Without any authority and just his power and fame, it may be too much, but I can potentially see it.

If mere Yonko were demoted to Buggy's Cross Guild officers what would be their bounties?

ZoLo is weak, he couldn't kill a fish on land.

3 Billion like Old Garp
It wouldn't be like Garp.

Garp as a Vice- Admiral once had influence on par with the Fleet Admiral and is essentially THE ICON of the Marines. Like Roger is to the Pirates.

This is about an admiral who gets demoted. None of the Admirals right now have the same influence as Garp did, but will only decrease due to being demoted. In addition to that they would be losing authoritative power as well that comes with the Admiral rank, where Garp didn't need the rank to possess authoritative power rivaling Admirals as implied by Kong saying him and Sengoku led the Marines.

Chaton and Gion's bounties would be a good indicator of where their bounties would be.

My guess would be 2 Bil. Unless the person who gets demoted goes on a tear fucking up pirates left and right like Garp did.

On one hand the decrease in rank would certainly mean a decrease in bounty
Though on the other hand they still have that top tier strength
So I'm not sure what their bounty would be
Let's just say it's at a half way point. About 1.5B or so

Bounties don't work like that, they cannot decrease.
Bounties go up after a crime, if there's a crime the WG knows a pirate committed or knows a Pirate was involved in some incident, you get issued a bounty.

If you commit another crime or are involved in another known incident, you get issued an additional bounty increase.

A bounty is pretty much a Pirate's history, so it is impossible to reduce a bounty. It's like trying to erase history, you can't do it.

So, if Aokiji did 10 different crimes, can't just reduce his bounty by half for being demoted, he still did what he did.

Bounties cannot go down, they can only ever increase.
The only thing that can happen is for a bounty to remain frozen.

A VA can have a higher bounty than an Admiral, they just have to commit more crimes. Bounty is not necessarily about strength, it's about criminal activity.
Luffy after the time-skip destroyed a Pacifista and didn't get a bounty increase despite proving he'd become stronger with Haki. He only got his bounty increased from 400m to 500m after the - incident of Dressrosa.
