yea kinda see the whole everyone kills stuff as stupid as there would be no real benefit to it and those who might kill would of already desired to do so most likely out of personal vendetta saying as most murder victims are known to the killer
Things will get out of hand pretty quickly
If there is no law to question and give appropriate punishment then justice will have to be carried out by violence from the victim which would result in more violence in retaliation from the criminal/his family and so on
This was shown in dark knight 3 when bane releases the criminals .
There would be complete chaos , criminals become the new boss . Good guys will just hide in plain sight or get shot at if they dont get participated mobbed crime.
Just like joker the civilised people will eat each other .
