Luffy because there's something sacrificial about the Nika devil fruit.
Also, what Ivankov said in Impel Down about Luffys's lifespan being shortened.
Second would be Zoro because of the cursed Kitetsu sword. It seems to have consumed Nusjuro in some way from the look of his hybrid form.

I’ve always thought if any of the strawhats die it’ll be Zoro because of his mindset and honor. Literally he’s the most honorable guy in the crew and would fucking die with no regrets.
Or Usopp being the weakest one will throw himself as a meat shield to shift the tides for the protagonist favor when a war outbreaks.
or even Luffy , the manga could end with Luffy dead
but really , it’s probably Zoro because he wouldn’t mind dying at all and he would make sure nobody else is hurt
This is why zoro is one of my fav characters
He’s all about honor and principles , no fear of being hurt , when shit goes down he’ suppresses his emotions and only looks at the results EVEN IF IT COSTS HIM his life..
