Luffy at least beat Katakuri who beat Carrot while Zoro hasn't redeemed himself to prove he can beat Sulong Carrot currently.
People are powerscaling characters based on their interactions with Carrot.

In regards to your question @Fuckthis3 I think she might be able to do scabbard level damage on Kaido. And if she can't do anything damage wise I can see her playing a support role in this fight. Using her abilities to get the allies out of danger.
@Real Nika it originated from how Mr. Go played the board game called Go at the beginning of the raid to show what each side's forces looked like.

I don't think she can seeiously harm him. Perhaps land an attack and if Oda really wants to highlight everyone's efforts, have Kaido scream or grunt. Honestly, what I'm hoping for is decent interactions with the Straw Hats before the arc ends. Carrot hasn't gotten much focus this arc so this is the only chance for her and eveybody seems to be prepared to face Kaido till Luffy's back (hopefully Luffy doesn't head down immediately next chapter).
