Assuming Imu is no hax character,then that would just mean all the World strongest titles were unreliable from the very beggining.

But people will probably never want to admit that.

I believe that IM has Uranus in his possession,so that would make him the strongest,but without it not even close.

I wish we acknowledged more about Doflamingo's plans and why he thought that performing the surgery would have granted him the key to rule the world. What kinds of implications this possibly could have had with Im.

Honestly Imu has a really strong Spandam-Buggy aura from the moment he was slicing the bounty papers like an enraged toddler. He most likely will have some insane hax but doesn't seem a powerhousea at all. And this luckily is not Naruto so no final villains popped out from nowhere, it should be pretty clear BB is the one designed for the final villain spot.

If you want to hide someone's existence you absolutely cannot make them popular or well known. WG won't go out of their way to say: We have the strongest individual here, but he doesn't exists, so don't ask

Moreover, IMO it's pretty clear world titles don't apply to WG because some among them are very likely immortals coming from void century

Imu is a hidden character.......... WG doesn't want anyone to know about him........moslty no one knows about them aside from gorosei.........
