Powers & Abilities if Jinbei gets a Power-Up do you think it will feel Deserved or Just because he's a Strawhat?

Right now Jinbei is sitting comfortably with the Older/Middle Quattro. But if he gets a Power-Up do you think Oda would be able to make it feel like it is something that Jinbei earned or just got to keep up with the rest of the Crew?

He was the Captain of Neptune's army, spent 13 years as a Pirate and 8 as a Warlord of the Sea. So he had plenty of time to reach his prime.

I doubt he'll get any specific major power-up tbf (outside of regen counter), I reckon he'll just show new moves and his overall level will continue to increase, as they do for Strawhats between arcs

Some other characters around Jinbe's age still haven't peaked. Most notably Shiryu. A power-up is fine if Jinbe believes he needs to become stronger for the crew, which he does. He seems to specialize in Armament Haki, as he combines it with his Fishman Karate when he gets serious. With it, he was able to briefly block an attack from Big Mom and broke Who's-Who's CoA-hardened finger.

I think advanced CoA's emission and internal destruction would enhance his fighting style well since he already uses some emissions and internal attacks.

That’s just brick fist
Fish-Men/Mermaid have Karate + Jujutsu + Gujutsu,
All Three together form what is known as Fish-Men/Mermaid Combat which is entirely based on Water Manipulation,

So Signature Attack that represents Jinbe's Fighting-Style is not gonna be just Karate or just Jujutsu or just Gujutsu,
It's gonna be a Fish-Men Combat Technique,

And just like other Warlords or Admirals (+Similar Characters), his Signature Attack gonna be a Finishing Move that Purely uses Essence of his Fighting Style (Water) & deletes/executes everything/everyone in it's Path (Basically his own Version of Hiken, Ursus Shock, Black Hole, Dai Funka, Ice Age, El Thor, Bolo Blast ... etc)

In other words, Jinbe's Signature Attack is a Fish-Men Combat Water Kamehameha (or Bomb),
And We did witness it before, but it was used by Neptune, it was called "Merman Combat: Ultramarine",

That is Jinbe's Hiken, which He didn't Demonstrate yet, so just be patient,
Karate is only Part of his Arsenal, it doesn't define everything He can do,

I really can not imagine Jinbe getting a power up.
He is such a seasoned pirate already. He should have reached his cap.

CoC is pretty much out of the question I would say.
What else is there? Adding a a couple more thousand tiles to his brick fists?!?

We have yet to see his best... So he will likely get the least power-up along the way...

His PU will only be limited to some important skills such as hurting the immortals, etc...

If we talking physical limit then Jinbe has prolly already peaked but Haki is something that can always be improved.
Like every other SH, his Haki will get stronger progressively as he fights stronger opponents.
That said, I don't really see him outright getting a PU in the sense of a Haki bloom, a new transformation etc. Reckon Oda will play the vet card with him with him and have him win the majority of his fights from now till the end of the series with his experience.
For instance, a potential Burgess v Jinbe matchup would be strength v strength on paper but reckon Jinbe will overcome Burgess with both his strength and finesse of fishman karate.
So in that sense he will probably grow the least out of all the SHs. Like every other SH, he's guaranteed passive buff from arc to arc though.
