I remember jyabura/blueno saying if devil fruit user eat another DF their body will explode, is that just a rumor or a plot hole by oda?

That's not a question we could answer since Oda could portray an unrealistic pattern making Kaido survive. It would be highly illogical however.

I overestimated him when I said I think he is Old Rayleigh level, Old Rayleigh mid diffs until Luffy awakens his fruit.

Luffy literally doesn't have right to be Zoro's captain when Zoro has to literally carry him and fight 2 emperors at the same time with "support" from 3 fodders
