Well we don't even know if he is stronger than King and viceversa, so I will just say they would fare evenly overall. FS could allow Katakuri to gain more time however, while King can't evade such a number of attacks.

At the very best he could be fighting the samurai on the floor and doing a worse job of preoccupying them than Queen and his plagues. At worse he replaces Jack in fighting the Scabbards on the roof top.

He’s not equipped to take care of this situation.
