Uncultured people don't care about grammar.
I'm not saying that the normal is for people to correct people's grammar mistakes every time they see one, which is just rude and unnecessary, especially considering how most of the time people make the mistakes just because they were distracted, so they didn't notice their mistake, and not because they really didn't know how to write properly.
