Well, it's extreme diff but why not? She is 28, has AdCoC, Oni/Kaido blood and like Loki never ventured out of Wano. Heck, she hasn't even seen all of Wano. She like Loki have been chained up and yet both are at the moment perhaps the strongest possible recruits in all of the seas. Young, super strong and so much untapped potential.

Oda could easily throw us a curve ball. Loki/Yamato become 99% equals like (prime) Big Mom and Kaido. They fight Fujitora and Green Bull.

Sanji is above them, like Shiki was. Like Shiki (and Gaban) they are next after WB and Rayleigh. Paired with the real #2 as close to equals but there is a gap acknowledged by the whole world except themselves. These two get Venus and Mars instead as Gorosei > Admirals.

Momo is 15-20 years from even approaching his prime. And given his mental aspects I doubt he would ever become much of a fighter. He could become physically strong but he lacks the spirit of a fighter if you get what I mean. More a diplomatic King like Neptune or something than Oden or Ulti, born fighters that are hard to domesticate. His instincts are off.

Yamato on the other hand is fearless.

This is not about kid kaido vs kid loki. Kid loki vs young kaido, kaido stomps without any issue. Rocks wanting kaido in crew is completely understandable based on that. However prime loki vs prime kaido would be up for debate, since loki had hype but not feats so far however for kaido he had both. Once loki goes all out you may judge based on that

Loki isn’t stronger than Kaido. His bounty is only 2.8 billion, he never attained yonko status, and he was defeated by Shanks.

Loki might be better than Kaido in certain stats. Being a giant possibly gives him better AP.

The oldest Loki could have been was 25. Divided per 3 it would have made him 8-9 in human age.
That's assuming he tried to get recruited the years Rocks died and not before
