They think Buggy > Mihawk, and Buggy commands Mihawk but Buggy only got 3.1 billion for that.

Teach has 3.9 billion and Shanks has 4 billion. Plus Buggy's men and government previously thought Buggy is very strong, and bigger threat than Jinbe during their travel to Marineford, and Buggy is Marine Hunter now and Crocodile is serving him too there are other things for him as well not Mihawk only.

We also know Law has 3B as well as Kid, even though Kid has Killer in his crew.

Its arguable Sulong Bepo might be as powerful as Killer but still no one knew Sulong Bepo's power, while Killer was a former supernova and current worst gen member who beat another worst gen member Hawkins.

Still Law and Kid got equal bounty despite Kid having Killer.

Would Mihawk becoming underling to them, boost 3.9 billion Teach and 4 billion Shanks's bounty?

Won't happen. Teach has a crew it doesn't narratively make sense to keep piling up on it.

Moria and Doffy were foreshadowed to join Cross Guild.

Teach is bound to die at the hand of the revolutionaries at some point. Sabo vs BB will be a tough fight but Sabo will win.

I doubt, Croc wouldn't print a poster showing himself superior to Mihawk since they were suppose to be equal partners, and they couldn't be Emperor without Buggy's fake superior power.
