If Roger accomplished his dream by creating One Piece story, then for Luffy to accomplish his dream he needs to create a new 'X' story with a different name where the first page is dedicated to Luffy similar to Roger being in the first page of One Piece.

Could be though having a party isn't childish, but I would say trying to be a comic book character is, I like the being comic book character dream theory for Roger and Luffy since that means Roger accomplished his dream by creating One Piece story. Otherwise Roger failed.
