Than why his bounty doesn't stand out and lower than new crew member Jinbei?

Like with Luffy at 3 billions, then Sanji and Zoro at 1 billion I could see them both stand out as wings but this way they are just the new M3.

Wings is an actual title in the manga (Robin's the one who chose to prop up Zoro and Sanji specifically and the end of chapter narration just reiterated it when they clashed with King and Queen respectively). Unfortunately there's no such thing as new Monster Trio (only the original which funny enough quite a few are skeptical on whilst also propping up alterations to it) and after the Wings things, I doubt it'll be introduced. Jimbei got a higher bounty but he already had a higher one than Sanji prior and was an ex-Walord that finally joined as a Commander of an Emperor crew in Wano and because he's obviously very powerful so it's not some strength-only thing.

Sanji's accomplishments in Wano were greater than Jimbei's hence he got the higher increase but Jimbei's rocking the higher bounty due to all the reasons for his notoriety that aren't just a matter of who you've beaten in 1v1's. But if people want to believe this means the Monster Trio has changed and Wings stopped being despite being introduced in the same arc as the bounty reveals, and no actual statement stating the change, that's fine, I guess, I just disagree strongly.
