Character Discussion If Scopper Gaban is Really "The Man marked by Flames" where's his black ship and how does he cause whirlpools to prevent people from catchin up to him

If Scopper Gaban really is "the Man Marked by Flames"; I Have Two questions I feel the need to be explained;

1. Where's this Fabled Black Ship he SUPPOSEDLY carries the final road poneglyph on?!

and

2. How does he cause Whirlpools to keep other pirates or anyone else away from his Ship AND the Final of 4 Road Poneglyphs. . . If Scopper really IS The mysterious Man marked by Flames?!

I personally think that it has to be Xebec or a member of his crew we haven't heard about yet. It may be the latter since every dude in his crew became a legend in their own right with their own unique reputations. So far we have three guys whose legends remain unknown.

We know Ochoku became ruler of Pirate Island, but Blackbeard took his spot, and the other remaining two, the fishman dude or Silver Axe, are probably still around and may be the man marked by flames, but since the fishman dude looks kind of lame, I'm hoping its Silver Axe or maybe even Shiki, but considering LOda's recent sbs regarding his unwillingness to mention the movie in the manga, despite him admitting that some of the movies can be made to fit into the story, I sadly doubt Shiki will ever appear in the present.

We also know that the man marked by flames is suspected by Shiryu of being affiliated with the government, so he may be a former marine, warlord or holy knight, which rules out Gaban. It could even be the former warlord Hanafuda who we know was defeated by Ace which means he must definitely be marked by flames. Plus, his design is kinda badass.

I don't mind Gaban being the man marked by flames, but I really don't want him to be a villain either. He's too chad for that. Plus I really wanna see Xebec, Shiki or Hanafuda in the mix.

elbaf has already been very crowded arc . i do not think so oda will introduce another new character for that . probably , gaban took that mission to transfer his knowledge to luffy like crocus and rayleigh. we know that wano suffered from lots of unncesssary character panel occupation , we do not want to experience same thing again :)

Maybe, but the way the man marked by flames is described is pretty ominous. A pitch black evil-looking ship, a dude creating whirlpools that sink anyone that gets near, being a possible worker for the government... it just screams 'bad guy' to me.

I mean oda did the same thing for Loki. “Here’s this bastard who killed his father, is a cursed dude and all that” then we meet him and he’s actually just a good guy.

I feel like Hinokizu is pretty similar where Oda is like look how intimidating this is, just for it to be Gaban.

Why does the person who has the final Road Poneglyph have to be introduced this arc? If they really are on a ship somewhere it would make more sense for the Straw Hats to meet/encounter said person on the sea.
