Imma says it again and again until it gets confirmed. Roger, Whitebeard, Shanks, Oden, etc. never got a black blade because they don't have a dream of WSS or the dedication for swordsmanship. Ryuma and Mihawk wanted to be the strongest swordsman in their own eras and they need something beyond haki in order to get a black blade. It probably has to be haki mastery of all three types and a dream/path of swordsmanship.

Zoro is not a black blade user, at least not yet.

They were not as CoA focused as Mihawk, a black blade needs training and discipline
Their main power is derived from CoC since they’re free or whatever. Mihawk has CoC but is CoA focused. That’s how Aramaki got one too.
