Controversial If Sharigan was in One Piece?

In Naruto the Sharigan and all it's variants is the primary special ability of the Uchia Clan, my question is if the Sharigan and all of its variants, Rinnegan, Mangekyo Sharigan, etc etc then what one piece family/clan do you believe would be the ones to utilize it?

My best bet would be the figarland family.

Blackbeard is the opposite of Luffy.

The Figarland have never been separated from the rest of the the celestial dragons that much, all 20 families live together in something like unity.

-Nerona likely have special eyes like uchiha

This is pretty random. No figarland was even a gorosei till most recent time.

Only in recent time did they hold more power on avg and they are nothing compared to great imu.
