Well i think he might be SWORD leader and he is opposed to the WG and will betray them.
The alliance leader's are about to leave the country , we already saw the ships being repaired.
either he makes it official that he is against the WG and makes Wano HQ of SWORD and protect it.
Or We get to see Dragon meet Luffy in Wano and drive GB off. Luffy has to meet his Dad
it wanna be nice if the Revo's are already in Wano it would explain why Robin was not seen the chapter.

I hope not, at this point i feel like there are too many marines who are disloyal to the WG and potential allies, some of them need to stay enemies, otherwise the WG will hardly be any kind of threat at some point.
I would love to see Dragon and Luffy finally meet but I think it's still too early for that.
