Well with Zoro we have someone stronger than Luffy in his crew with better leadership skills.
Zoro is there because Luffy is indebted to Zoro for saving his life so many times. Without Zoro Luffy would die tomorrow.

Also he is strong enough to solo rest of the crew by himself.

Music is useless and not necessary for the crew's survival

The Straw Hats can eat without Sanji, the quality of the food would be worse but again, it's not necessary for their success.

Then you also have Usopp who's quite useless but he at least makes tools/power-ups for the other characters (Nami)
