Speculations If Vegapunk cured Bonney's disease, Vegapunk and Chopper can cure the SMILE people in Ebisu town

We know that Vegapunk is a genius when it comes to Lineage Factor, being the foremost expert on the field, and that he can produce Artificial Devil Fruits far superior to Caesar's SMILEs.

If Bonney was cured by Vegapunk, it's foreshadowing to Vegapunk working with Chopper to cure SMILE users, IMO. Either way, Vegapunk's superior skills to Caesar when it comes to Lineage Factor will play a role in the curing of SMILEs.
