Vegapunk told them to not move him or he'll die, and what Sanji done? Not only Sanji moved him against his wishes, the useless cook failed to protect him again.

At least when Saturn skewered Vegapunk the useless cook could've claim he protected Bonney from Kizaru (although he did promise Bonney he'll protect Vegapunk so that's still on him), now the useless cook has no more excuses for being such a failure...

TLDR - Judge was right, Sanji is a failure.

If the next chapter confirms Vegapunk's death, who gets credit for killing him?

Vegapunk was first severely injured after getting stabbed by Saturn and after that stab, he was alive but slowly dying.

Then we have Kizaru shooting his laser at Vegapunk, that attack by Kizaru seemingly sealed Vegapunk's fate.

Imo because Kizaru is the one that finished off Vegapunk(Maybe) obviously he should be the one to get credit for killing him.

Although I also do believe Saturn should get some credit as well.

60/40 Kizaru dealt the killing blow. So give him most of the credit for the VP's death. Saturn gets the 40% of the credit.

Saturn gets the credit. He punctured Vegapunk with the same injury as Ace, plus poison.

Kizaru didn't really want to kill Vegapunk. In fact, he might have intended to close Vegapunk's wound, like Kinemon did with Kiku's arm, while making it appear as if he intends to kill him.

Sanji tried to save Vegapunk, and only lifted him because of an order from his captain. You know Luffy has an instinct for things. Maybe he thought Vegapunk's situation can be treatable if he reaches Chopper.

So eventually, if Vegapunk is dead, it's Saturn's poison that did the job.

kizaru kill vegapunk otherwise vegapunk will get treatment from chopper or get magical heal which mean Saturn have slab him again to kill him exactly.
