Speculations If you could change the Wano match-ups, what would you have done?

SHs (after their matchups are done) and Yamato help Luffy against Kaido
Killer helps Kidd against Big Mom instead of Law. (That’s what it looked like was being set up in the first place in chapter 1010 when Kidd and Killer split away from the group). At some point Hawkins and Apoo join to help them.
CP0 dudes end up being near admiral level threats. Law takes on the CP0 with Drake.
Pretty much. SHs led by Luffy vs Kaido. Supernovas led by Kidd vs Big Mom. Possible SWORD connection led by Law vs CP0. Yonkos should go down in a gang up fight imo

Brook and Nami vs Ulti (With brook’s speed, he’ll provide as an adequate distraction and nuisance for Ulti! His AP is enough to one shot a number so I’m sure he could damage her or knock her back while Nami will formulate a plan with her lightning tempo to deal extra damage but in the end both win extreme diff being bloodied)
Usopp and Chopper vs Page One (Basically with the 30 minute transformation Chopper is able to compete with Page one in terms of strength and even cause him a bit of damage but unfortunately page one’s insane durability gets in the way of that so he’s at a disadvantage and Usopp has to come up with a clever plan in order to win somehow….in the end it’s extreme diff with both parties massively bloodied)

Franky and Robin fights were pretty meh to me, but I'd wouldn't change those.
Nami vs Ulti was my major problem. I hated how Big Mom and Ulti were going at each other on purpose when Oda could just revive Fata Morgana or a new upgraded mirage move to fool both enemies by having one mistaking the other for Nami. That would be Nami outsmarting both instead of that mothering side.

So, this is not exactly in chronological order and I don't change too much. I did take some liberties by adding in Smoothie and making Sasaki/Who's Who awakened. Could've gone more into depth and tried to, but I felt like I was reaching fanfic-y levels by going that far.
I also had Hawkins switch sides, because lowkey Oda did him dirty by having him be the only opposition among the Supernova. Legit, he's the dog of the entire group. Everyone betrayed and did what was best for themselves and Hawkin's too busy obeying Kaido's orders.
I'd also give each All Star a hype fight before their final bouts. Just because it raises the stakes and gives the Scabbards a job to do before being KO'd. More satisfying, IMO, then having them wonder around aimlessly in the background fighting fodder.

Since the beginning, all the strongest fighters in the alliance goes all-out and attack Kaidou. No one can even touch him due to Dragon Force: Kaidou's permanently-active CoA that he obsessively trained and hardened for decades since infant, acting as a body armor, millions of times stronger than Bari2 No Mi. The reason for his title, World's Strongest Creature. No one can reduce his lifeless boredom, no one can force him to move an iota from his standing ground. Until he senses Luffy's presence. Kaidou orders his subordinate to make way for the boy, and get away from Wano Country itself, to the seas, as far as they can. He also tells them that if they haven't finish the Strawhat Alliance by the time he's finished with Luffy, he'll kill them all himself.
With that order, the entire Beast and BM Pirates and alliance pirates sail to the ocean and continue the war as naval battles before boil down into group fights and 1v1s. Marco vs King aerial fight (flashy fireworks in the sky, Sanji and Law vs Queen with tricky sea battles and large scale attacks and object manipulations (ships flying and seakings flying everywhere teleported from the sea), Kyoshiro and Zoro vs Orochi (whose Hydra form is actually very strong and resilient and also able to swim in the sea, like equal to King, and also very cunning. So it's underwater battle between two swordsmen and sea monster, seawaves as high as mountains, one hydra head being cut but regenerated, rinse and repeat, but Zoro manages to awaken demon spirit Takemikazuchi as the Lightning Sword Deity and cut all nine heads at the same split second), then both of them recruit Yamato. Yamato will face BM after Luffy vs Kaidou is over. Strawhat and 9 Scabbards vs Flying 6 and Numbers etc.
The only ones left in Wano Country are BM, Kaidou, Luffy. Kaidou questions BM if she wanna die as well since she doesn't leave. BM says she just wants to watch since it's too risky for her to interfere a battle between two guys that are seemingly two WSC's. Kaidou says he recognizes BM's intention to kill whoever is left, and hog the glory for herself.
During all this time, Luffy just stands perfectly still, his eyes closed and his mind for the billionth time simulating the fusion between Devil Fruit's Neural Awakening and Skysplitter Conqueror's Coat.
The boy opens his eyes, BM floats in the sky with Hera's cloud then she says "Begin."
Both Kaidou and Luffy leap forward meeting at the center, the first clash alone splitting the sky and disintegrate the giant skull at the same time.
