Zoro and Sanji needs to defeat King and Queen during Wano. It's time for them to show the world their true strength and for Luffy commander tri to be born. Jinbe will be Luffy's third commander.

It doesn't take anything away from Luffy's growth because they have time to grow stronger and more skilled with Enma and the RS.
