I mean,after Wano,its not much left
All of them are almost at EoS
Even Wano is just a display of strength for most characters, not a place where they will get stronger.
Some may, some may not, we will see. Forging a Kokuto could count as getting stronger if it offers an actual benefit.

He might do it but not with Enma. I feel like it's too soon for that one because it was mainly with Oden so far.
For the other 2 it sounds ok.

However it wasn't stated that CoA was the only thing that can make a blade turn black permanently. I think it can't be as simple as that, there has to be something more to it.

If he can forge one he can forge all until proven differently in the manga so it's not happening in this arc imo, unless Oda doesn't care about the logic behind and still does because of fanservice IYKWIM.

So overall it's still too soon I believe.

It will not that convenient though, Zoro black blade probaly during his fight with Mihawk. Even if he can only blacken one it should be Wado who he have longest time with or Sandai which is with one lower grade quality.
