Speculations IM uses mind control and that’s who eos Luffy will fight

Think about it for a second do you think luffy will actually fight IM? The answer is likely no but what if luffy fights someone who im is mind controlling?



I think im will mind control Sabo or dragon possibly even Kidd and force them to fight luffy and kill him. I also think she will mind control a large sum of the marines because most marines would wanna defect but im won’t allow them to.

She will use her mind control to control people to fight the eos war.

My top 5 candidates is

3.shanks

4. Kidd

5. Zoro( this will be after he would become WSS)


I have a feeling this is ims power. Im doesn’t seem to be a combatant and it would make sense if im instead uses people to fight for her.


Honestly with this theory I would bet on it being dragon for obvious reasons and shanks for obvious reasons.

Since one of OP's central theme is about Luffy surpassing the powers of the big villain, Imu is the finalest ultimatest villain so there should be a mothership of power surpassing there. Which wouldnt be achieved by the final physical opponent being Luffy's subordinate or friend etc.

Actually mind control was common in Naruto since the times of Sharingan's illusions, hopefully this won't be the case in One Piece, I think Genjutsu are too overpowered unless you can break out of them. But in general I would wish a more original godly power, particularly.

Imu's appearance is the farthest thing that I can relate to the concept of "warrior"

In short her appearance is too much "royal", almost mystical.

Of course Oda can trolls us like he did with Kaido (his silhouette was very different from his real appearance), but according only to current information I can't imagine her as a warrior.

Yeah, one can argue that when she fights she takes off her crown and that kind of very long cloak that she drags behind her, but this is an arbitrary hypothesis to force the concept of Imu being a warrior
